Review
I find Julie’s style of recruiting very open and refreshing. It is much like talking with a colleague who knows me (and the industry) well. She knows her client, as well as the role, and is truly trying to facilitate a win/win scenario. We are relatively new in this process, but I expect this is the norm for her.
