She has a depth of experience driving digital transformation in the education space, but also knows how to apply her technical and business acumen to any organizations, guiding leaders through the process of identifying opportunities and optimizing performance.

 

Karen takes a collaborative approach to her work by building trust with consultants, stakeholders, and organizations like Texas Educational Technology Leaders (TETL) to achieve win-win outcomes time and time again. With her contributions, iSphere can continue to fuel innovation and business growth.

Meeting new people. I like learning the needs of the customers, brainstorming how we can help them with their challenges.

 

What I believe sets iSphere apart

iSphere is focused on what the customer’s needs are in the environments of the organization. We’re nimble enough to change focus when the challenge moves in a new direction. The staff at iSphere is for the customer and is very focused on how to help them, not just selling services to be selling services.

 

When I’m not working

When I’m not working I spend time with my family camping and attending sporting events such as softball and football. I volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I also ride a Harley Davidson when the weather is good.
