The iSphere IT consultant referral program rewards you when a qualified consultant you refer is placed on a client assignment. Once your referral completes 90 days on assignment, you earn a referral bonus based on the current bonus tier.

Referral bonuses are paid after the referred consultant has worked on a client assignment for at least 90 calendar days. This applies to all bonuses within the iSphere referral bonus program.

You can earn up to $1,200 per referral through iSphere’s stepped IT referral bonus structure:

• $500 for your first successful referral
• $750 for your second successful referral
• $1,200 for each additional successful referral

Bonus tiers reset annually based on your first referral date.

A referred IT consultant remains eligible for a referral bonus for 180 days from the date they are referred. If placement occurs after that period, the referral bonus is no longer payable.

To qualify as a referred candidate:

• iSphere must not have had prior communication with the candidate within the past 45 days, as verified by our applicant tracking system
• The referral must be made directly and exclusively to iSphere
• Referrals submitted to clients, hiring managers, or competitors do not qualify

Eligibility is determined by iSphere.

If iSphere has communicated with the candidate within the previous 45 days, the candidate does not qualify as a new referral for referral bonus purposes.

Yes. The iSphere IT staffing referral program welcomes passive candidates. We provide free career consulting, and when placement occurs, referral bonuses are still paid according to program terms.

Yes. Referral bonus tiers reset on the anniversary of your first referral submission. Referrals submitted within that 12-month period count toward higher bonus tiers. After the reset date, bonuses return to the base referral bonus (currently $500).

Corp-to-Corp consultants may participate only if their referred candidate is not employed by the same company. iSphere determines eligibility in these cases.

Referral bonuses generally apply to experienced IT consultant roles. Referrals for Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar entry-level roles are not accepted unless specifically requested by an iSphere recruiter or Consultant Care. If accepted, referral bonuses are typically half of the standard stepped bonus.

iSphere reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a candidate qualifies as a referred consultant under the referral bonus program.

Yes. iSphere may modify or discontinue the IT referral bonus program or any associated incentives at any time.
