Job Description

As a Java Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimize application performance through code optimization and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with QA team to define test cases and support testing process.
• Stay updated with Java technologies and propose adoption of new tools and techniques.
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and user manuals.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with operations team for deployment and configuration in production environments.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience developing and maintaining Java applications.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve software defects.
• Understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
