IT Support Specialist Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in providing technical assistance and resolving tech-related issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and providing prompt resolutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues with software and hardware, whether it’s on site or through remote access.
  • Assisting with network configurations, installations, and upgrades.

Qualifications
