That’s the idea behind our Consultant Advancement Program. When consultants consistently choose to work with us, we’ll cover up to half of the cost of their next certification.

How do you become eligible for our Consultant Advancement Program?

After 90 days with iSphere, you’re eligible for our consultant advancement program. However, you’ll need to get pre-approval before taking any exam or making financial commitments. This protects both you and us, ensuring a smooth reimbursement process.

How our Consultant Advancement Program works

Choose your certification.

Identify a certification that aligns with your current role or your next one. If it benefits both you and iSphere, we’re on board.

Collect three quotes.

Gather quotes from three different providers for the certification cost. This helps us move quickly through the approval process.

Get pre-approved before you commit.

Reach out to your Consultant Care Representative with your quotes to get approval before registering or paying for anything.

Pass, certify, get reimbursed.

Once you’ve passed and submitted proof of certification, iSphere reimburses up to 50% of your expenses in your first pay period following 45 days of receipt.
